Our mission is to provide competent, professional and efficient public health and environmental services to the residents of Harrison. Under the mandates of the

Public Health Practice Standards of Performance for Local Boards of Health in New Jersey and local ordinances and policies of the Harrison Board of Health, we will promote and protect the public health by the use of disease control and prevention, health promotion and education, inspections and enforcement activities.
