To Whom It May Concern:

Please be advised that on or about Monday, July 21, 2008 A and J Contracting will begin the resurfacing of William Street and Cross Street between Rodger Blvd. No. and No. 5th Street, as well as Cleveland Avenue between Passaic Avenue and Route 280. Construction activities will begin at Cross Street then move to William Street and finish at Cleveland Avenue. The scope of work will include the following:

• Installation of new concrete curb where required.
• Installation of new barrier free curb ramps.
• Reconstruction of catch basins at various locations.
• Milling and paving of all streets mentioned.

During construction activities the above-mentioned streets will be closed to vehicular traffic. Therefore please make necessary arrangements to access your property from an alternate route. This office apologizes for any inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
