On March 18 at 10PM, PO Murphy was assigned to the Crime Suppression Unit in an unmarked patrol vehicle. While checking the URBY parking deck on a preventative patrol, Officer Matt Murphy observed an individual matching the description of a suspect from an APB Bulletin. Upon stopping the individual, who was wearing similar clothing as the picture, he was able to identify him from previous encounters and positively confirm he was the actor from the Bulletin. The 25 year old male was placed under arrest. He was charged with Theft of Moveable Property and five counts of Receiving Stolen Property. He was turned over to Hudson County Jail on a Warrant.
