On April 19 at 8PM, Officer Triano responded to HPD Headquarters on a report of a stolen motorized bicycle. The victim stated that on April 18 at approximately 9PM, he locked his motorized bicycle in front of Popeye's on Passaic Avenue. The victim stated that upon returning to the location he left his bicycle at approximately 10PM, he observed the bicycle was no longer there. At the time of this report, video footage had not been obtained.
