On October 4, 2019, at approximately 4:30 AM, PO Triano was conducting a
check of the Riverwalk located behind the Hampton Inn when he observed an
individual whom he recognized from previous police encounters. Police knew that
the 21 year old male had an active warrant out of Kearny, NJ. Dispatch
confirmed the $600 warrant out of Kearny, NJ, and the individual was placed
under arrest. After processing, he was turned over to Kearny PD.
