On January 19, 2020, at approximately 9:30 PM, PO Triano was on patrol in the area of Hamilton Street and John Street when he observed and individual known to him to have an active warrant. Police stopped the individual and confirmed the active warrant. The 41 year old male was placed under arrest, search incident to arrest, police recovered burglar’s tools, stolen property, and a hypodermic needle. The suspected was charged with Criminal Attempt Burglary, Possession of Burglar’s Tools, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Weapon, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. He was turned over to the Hudson County Jail
