On February 2, 2020, at approximately 12 AM, PO Gonzalez responded to HPD HQ to assist a walk-in with an issue she was having. The complainant became agitated with the officer and began yelling obscenities and flailing her arms. The complainant was advised to stop or she was going to be placed under arrest however she did not acknowledge and continued to act in a loud and tumultuous behavior and flailing her arms at police. The 20 year old female was placed under arrest. She was later released from police custody with a summons.
