On August 4, 2020, at approximately 8 am, police responded to 1100 FER Blvd South on a report of Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the victim advised the police that a female removed a glass, bird lawn ornament from their steps and smashed it in the street. The victim provided a description of the actor and police stopped the female party thereafter. The suspect was identified by officers and stated to police that the lawn ornament was hers and she was startled by the victim and it dropped out of her hands. At the time of this report, the victim did not wish to sign any criminal complaints. and the suspect was released from the scene..
