On November 21, 2022, at approximately 2 PM, units were dispatched to Harrison Avenue on a report of a vehicle in the middle of the street not moving with two males inside sleeping. When officers arrived on scene, they noticed that the vehicle was impeding traffic. The officers then woke the occupants and instructed them to pull to the side of the road. An NCIC check of the driver’s license yielded a hit out of the Essex County Sherriff’s Office for Robbery. The Suspect was then arrested and transported to HPD Headquarters awaiting the arrival of the Essex County Sherriff’s Office for transport to the county jail.
