On 02/16/2023, at 1042 hours, a safety inspection of a construction zone was conducted at the intersection of Riverbend Drive and S. 5ht Street. The construction was deemed to unsafe and contact was made with the construction site foreman. Several attempts were made to gain his personal information in order to issue him a summons for having an unsafe work zone. The foreman refused to provide his identification and he was subsequently arrested. He was processed and released after receiving a summons for Obstruction of Justice and a ticket for the work zone violations.
