On February 23 at 8PM, Officer Michael Gregory was dispatched to the Harrison Gardens on a report of an attempted bicycle theft. After a brief investigation, it was determined that two male suspects attempted to remove a bicycle from a yard however; they were confronted by a resident. The suspects were startled and fled the scene without stealing the bicycle.
