On February 23 at 9:30AM, Officer Raymond McGuire responded to Reynolds Avenue on a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival the victim stated that she parked her vehicle and may have left it unlocked. A male suspect was caught on video stealing her vehicle. A copy of the video was retained and the incident is under investigation.
