On October 11, 2019, at approximately 11 PM, PO Triano was in the area of Grant Avenue and Reynolds Avenue when he observed an individual looking into vehicles. Upon stopping the individual, he identified him from prior police interaction and knew the suspect had an active warrant out of Newark, NJ. The suspect was placed under arrest and released on his own recognizance by Newark PD.
