On February 3, 2020, at approximately 2 AM, PO Gregory responded to the 300 block of William Street on a report of an individual throwing items through a window. Upon arrival, police observed the shattered rear window of the residence and spoke to the victim who stated that the downstairs neighbor threw cinderblocks through the window. Police then spoke to the downstairs neighbor who stated that the victims were making too much noise and he could not take it any longer so he threw cinderblocks through their window. The 42 year old male was placed under arrest. He was later released from police custody with a summons.
