On 03/11/2023, at 1106 hours, a HPD officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Warren Street on a report of a blocked driveway. The vehicle was not registered and had fictitious license plates on the vehicle. The plates were removed from the vehicle and the vehicle was impounded.
