Most of the new residential buildings in Harrison have their own parking garages, yet they claim multiple spots on our public roads as "future resident only" parking spots. On top of that, they threaten us that they will place stickers on our cars or have them towed.
That should be illegal.
If they want to provide parking for their visitors or 'future residents' they should be using their parking garages which by the way have more than ample available space.
As a resident I should be able to park on available parking spots on public roads.
On top of that, huge stretches of road have city signs saying no parking and no standing any time, even when a road can accommodate parked cars on both sides of the road (Riverbend Dr).
Why does the city try to force us to pay $200 per month for a parking spot inside those residential buildings when we have beautiful and wide roads sitting empty??
