This is a message from Mayor James A. Fife and the Harrison Town Council.
Yesterday, you may have experienced discolored water in your home. This was due to an unexpected high use of water by a large consumer in Town. Please be advised that despite the discoloration, which is caused by sediment in the water system being agitated, the water was and is safe to drink.
We are working with the consumer to ensure that adequate warning is provided next time.
